Mr. Kiani has proven entrepreneurial background in launching and operating successful companies in real estate, and financial industries. His broad experience provides great insights into everyday strategic planning and operations. Over a period of time he has assembled teams of professionals in various fields of activity.

Mr. Kiani is actively involved in the real estate market since 2002, and has special interest in new condo development. Over the years, he has developed a close relationship with the major new condo developers and earned VIP status, enabling his team to obtain first rights of selection of units before the foundation is laid. This means their clients have first choice of suites in the proposed new development, benefit from the VIP prices, and save thousands of dollars.

Being well versed with financial planning, he leads the company with a full gamut of financial solutions tailored to a client’s needs.

He also served as an independent member (endorsed by Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency) of the Audit Committee of an insurance firm, based in Saudi Arabia, for over 4 years. In this role, he was advising the management on accounting, auditing, financial, investment, risk, compliance, IT, corporate governance and other management issues.

Previously, he served in petrochemical, hospitality, education, real estate, market research as well as financial and management consultancy sectors in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. He earned his first MBA (in Finance) from IBA, University of Karachi (1984); and second MBA (in MIS) from Florida State University (1990)

Shoaib Khan is backed by strong credentials of project management and a proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completions. He oversees all phases of projects including planning, design, and construction. Currently he is supervising a multi-unit housing sub-division project in the town of Simcoe, Ontario.

A long-time and active leader in Ontario’s building community, Rick was also the President of the Brantford Home Builders’ Association in 2011.

Rick is Vice President of Huron Creek Developments, where he oversees all aspects of the new home construction business. Previously, Rick was Vice President of Eastforest Homes Group of Companies, which won multiple OHBA Awards of Distinction.
